Event Preview: Dirty South's Double Dose

You know you're a good DJ when you're booked consistently in Miami. You know you're a great DJ when you're booked on backed to back nights in Miami. That's what's going on this weekend with one of the biggest names in electronic music. South Beach gets a double dose of Dirty South this Saturday and Sunday night as he takes his talents to Mansion (Saturday) and SET (Sunday). It's going to feel a little like Conference this weekend, but don't be fooled, we're still months away. You can either opt for the colossal venue on one night, or have more of an intimate feel on the other.

It's more than just a celebration of music on Sunday night at SET, Dirty South is also celebrating his birthday, so you can expect an even bigger celebration. The Opium Group is known for booking some serious talent in Miami, and they've truly outdone themselves lately by bringing in the Australian DJ-producer this weekend, Carl Cox last Halloween weekend, and Richie Hawtin this upcoming month. If you're a big fan of Dirty South, you have two chances of getting tickets to see the man himself this weekend, but make sure you act quick because you're not the only one looking to claim a spot.
