The
Vagabond is synonymous with great music, cheap drinks, and one of the best overall atmosphere's you can find in Miami nightlife. Their Friday night party continues to bring in hoards of people on a weekly basis, but it's their Saturday night party, Back Door Bamby, that's reached legendary status. Owner Carmel Ophir has cultivated that event into a true dance party experience like none other. Names like Lee Burridge, Danny Howells and the legendary Frankie Knuckles have graced the DJ booth during the Saturday night event.
But, there's one DJ that's played the event more than any other since the doors opened at The
Vagabond; Louie Vega. What started off as a special one-time event, lead to one of the most popular residencies in Miami. The venue is always transformed according to the theme of the evening, and Vega's set takes you on a flight of sights and sounds.
This Saturday night Louie Vega returns to The
Vagabond for his "Dance Ritual" residency. In addition to his set, there will also be a special live performance by Agape featuring Nadia Harris, as well as the debut of the artist of the month, Ella Raphaelle Dufrene. The usual suspects (
Vagabond resident DJs) will be warming up the crowd, but once Louie Vega grabs the reigns in the booth, it's a musical journey that he'll pilot from beginning to end.
