If you ask us, lately some of the biggest names in electronic music have been coming out of the U.S. Guys like Kaskade, Max Vangeli and Claude von Stroke have quickly become favorites overseas. But then again, Europe always offers up artists to us that catch our interest. This week a new name comes to Miami that you may be familiar with, but if you happen not to be, you may want to log-on to his MySpace page and see what he has to offer.
Cameo's been bringing in all sorts of top-notch acts to their Friday night party, Digital Fridays, and this week they're bringing in a newbie that should go over well for all the hard-nose house fans that are weekly guests.
This Friday night Michael Woods comes to Miami's
Cameo nightclub as part of his 2010 North American tour. This happens to be one of Woods' last stops, but we're sure that once he hits the booth at
Cameo, and the crowd soaks in his sounds, he'll definitely be back for more.
If he plays his remix of Robin's "Dancing On My Own," the crowd will definitely eat it up. That definitely goes for his remix of Estelle's "Freak," too. Yes, he does have his own production to show off, but what's really going to grab the crowd's attention are his remixes.
