South Beach's Alternative New Year's Eve Party

There's more than one way you can spend New Year's Eve. If you're in Miami, then the majority of folks would like to spend the evening in nightclubs, bars and lounges, but nightlife really isn't all about those venues. Sometimes it's nice to change things around and have an alternative way to spend this night. For starters there's always the beach, but then again it won't be all it's cracked up to be at night. Then there's the house party, but that just leaves you with a mess and a bigger bill to worry about at the end of the night. However, this year South Beach offers yet another way to spend your New Year's Eve that won't leave you in a nightclub packed with hundreds of other sweaty bodies. At this party, you'll work up a sweat not by dancing, but by bowling.

This New Year's Eve Lucky Strike hosts a special New Year's Eve celebration, giving you the opportunity to bowl with a drink in hand while the clock strikes 12 on the biggest party night of the year. With 14 lanes, 2 pool tables, bottle service and a private room for parties, this isn't your typical bowling alley.

DJ Mike will be serving up all the sound on this night, and we're guessing it'll be everything from Top 40 to hip-hop and house to pop. Best thing is, there's absolutely no cover! That's right, come on in and have a drink while the anticipated massive crowd counts down and welcomes in 2011!
