While in music genres like pop, young artists tend to grow into their sound, when it comes to electronic music it's an entirely different story. On any given day, a track could be released by a young DJ-producer that's as massive sounding as anything put out by guys that have been producing for years. All you need is the right exposure and connections at the right time. This was the case for Swedish DJ-producer, Avicii. He had only been producing music for a few months before his friends took notice and knew that something special was occurring. Shortly after, his first track was released by Strike Recordings.
Now Avicii is one of the biggest up and coming names in electronic music.
