Yo yo…what’s going on GAT Junkies!?
So first of all, let’s start with who got naked yesterday at the Sagamore for Spencer Tunkic? I sure didn’t even though it wasn’t about the hot body types. From tight to wrinkly, from young to old, everything got down to their bare essentials and had their bodies placed into art history forever.
After, there was a barbeque for all those who volunteered but on one condition; you had to be topless. NICE. To all of you who participated, congratulations and looking forward to seeing the finished pieces during Art Basel in December.

| Christabelle's Quater |
|
Yesterday I went to the Makers Mark & GQ event at Christabelle's Quarter in The Grove. If you haven’t been, this place is GORGEOUS! This three floor restaurant is a work of art with old world visuals of New Orleans. There is an ornate stained glass ceiling, a two-story stained glass window overlooks all three dining areas, over thirty chandeliers that I could count, marble, iron and mahogany details with a lavish fireplace to top it off.
I’ve read the reviews and even spent time with a couple of people who had dinner there not too long ago and all had the same opinion, the food is not that great, the service was okay. Now for all the time and money spent in this place, I feel there is still potential for this place to have an opulent ball or event. Looking forward to Halloween…
Sunday I spent a wonderful afternoon at the Flamingo South Beach for the Pret-Tea in Pink Party. The event was the launch of the new book by Tracy Stern titled ‘Tea Party; 20 Themed Tea Parties with Recipes for Every Occasion’.
Tea time was at 4 PM with a minor threat of rain, but thankfully it was just a little cloudy with bay breezes. Most of the guests dressed in white and pink and drank tea infused martinis and had scrumptious bites and mini cupcakes. At sundown, the skies turned this gorgeous pink and purple. Guest sipped on their last tea-ni and made their way home with smiles and books. I was happily one of them.
If you are like me and love books that are filled with great recipes and beautiful colorful images of ideas and more, this pretty in pink book is the one to get. Find it now at salontea.com or Tracy’s site, tracystern.com which also carries her other products scented in yummy flavors. Check here
to view the gallery of the Sunday afternoon Tea Party.
