Ok I'm new to Cooljunkie, and have never been to a CJ party before! Woah! Now I come from Baltimore, so things are a bit different down there. I havent noticed alot of great parties up in this neck of the woods yet. Just moved into Philly about a month ago and so far enjoyin it...

The night kicked off nice as I walked into the club with an hour left on the open bar! Open bar???? WTF? Never been to a club that has done that before! This club was a hot venue (Emerald City). I especially liked the painting on the walls and the ceilings.

After surveying the landscape, I came to the conclusion that this was a very international feeling party. I love that and enjoyed meeting a whole bunch of people from different nationalities that night.

Overall , the party kicked ass with great music. Not sure any of the DJ names that night except the guy at the end of the night named Moon. Awesome set Mr. Moon! It seemed like the trance being played all night was super high energy as well. Kept people dancing all night long!

Production was kewl too with neat visuals on the projection screens in the front of the club and in the back of the club as well.

I dig hip hop too and the back room was jumping with younger clubbers getting their groove on in a super fun looking atmosphere... and lots of hot women didnt hurt things as well!!

Well I hope to be doing more party reviews in the future! Great Job Cooljunkie on your first party at Emerald City. I hope it is one of many to come!!!
