This holiday season look for Guapa, a new fashion boutique opening just off Lincoln Road for that new dress you’ve been looking for. The store showcases a selection of Spain’s hottest designers of clothing and accessories for women.

Some of the brands that sell at the boutique include Jocomomola, Ailanto, La Casita de Wendy, and Miriam Ocariz among others. The majority of these established and emerging designers out of Barcelona and Madrid are exclusive to Guapa in the United States and to me that translates to unique pieces.

The store is ultra fem and very welcoming to shoppers. As you walk in the fresh colors of white and aqua shower you with tranquility as the racks of Spaniard garments pop out.

The style and feel of the shop and the carefully selected pieces are set up by owner Maria Isabel Perez. But her highest priority is personal service. With a background in fashion that includes work with the Paris house of A.P.C. and five years as the International PR Director for Estee Lauder, she understands the customer.

Look for the boutique right off Lincoln Road and north on Michigan Avenue, walk in and enjoy.
