If there’s one technological advancement of the past that we can go ahead and do away with it’s the cassette tape. Let’s be real people, we all had them, but what good use are they to us now? While many of us have scrapped all of our old tapes, some of us have emotional attachment, opting to save them in a little brown box in the basement. But more importantly, some of those tapes still have some music that’s hard to find on a CD today. So does that mean you shouldn’t have thrown away your Sony Sport Cassette player? Well, maybe, but there’s now a new gadget available that will get you digging through your old tapes and have them transferred into MP3s you can just keep on your laptop.
Thanks to the folks at ION, they’ve created the all-new ION Audio Tape Express, giving all of you the capability of finally turning those old cassette gems into MP3s you can still rock out to on your laptop. Not only that, but can actually get some old memories going because you can still actually listen to the cassettes on the Tape Express. All the user has to do is basically connect the ION Audiot Tape Express to their Mac or PC via the USB port. The rest is easy as pie.
