If you’ve ever thrown a party before, than you know that the outcome really means a lot to you. Why? Well, if you want to throw another one you’d like the reputation of the first to bring out even more people, thus giving you even more cred. But how do you know if you’re party is actually doing really well? Can you trust your friends enough to have them tell you that the party you threw, whose ratio featured 3-1 guys to girls, only one keg of beer, and a little stereo trying to crank as many iTunes songs out as possible was actually a success? Chances are no. But somewhere out there someone has created a concept device that will actually deliver the good or bad news to you. That’s right people, someone’s actually created a concept gadget that calculates the type of party you’re throwing at your house. We know, college kids are drooling already.

The all-new Party Timer will judge your party based on the noise level. So, the louder the party, the better the rating. If it’s around 0-10 decibels, then that means that there’s no party, 21 to 50 is a chatty party, but when you start breaking the 100s then you get the ‘Club Party’ and finally the ‘Atom Party.’ This can also give everyone in attendance a goal to put their party attitudes in fifth gear and get the best rating possible.
