Im naturally a night owl and now not having a specific time to wake up makes me even more nocturnal. The last project I worked on had me working 80+ hours a week, till 3-4am then back at work at 9:30am. Thats what started messing me up. Now that im leaving im going out on the weekends again and staying out till 7am, last 2 weekends in a row and im just not accostomed to that shit anymore. Nor do i really want it. This whole move is stressing me the fuck out and not letting me sleep! Add the freakish weather and boredome to that and its a fairly toxic combination. Man i cant wait to be in Fuckin FL. I never thought id be saying that any time soon but......whatever dood. I'll eat my words. As long as i can get a good nights sleep from it! |
if you're not a fan of smoking than thats not really going to work for you. You need to enjoy weed for it to make you relax and sleep. I would go with what Lyrik mentioned. Working out regulary will help you sleep at night. If your body is tired it can help convince your mind to take a break.
