they had both your home and office addresses and went to both? i've never heard of that before.

i have been to both the UPS and FEDEX warehouses in my area to pick packages up, and i agree UPS was like the DMV. completely under-staffed, slow as hell and they didn't give a shit. service was a 4 letter word.
