Rich is actually in my opinion one of the best door guys in Miami. He worked our door for years and did a great job. If you approach him with the correct attitude he's the nicest guy around, but if you treat him like an asshole.. forget it. It's his job to keep the assholes out or anyone else that may be a potential problem once they have a few drinks. He's been regulating the door at most of the a-list hip-hop events on the beach since the original Liquid days. Imagine all the bullshit and the freaking knuckle heads he has to deal with.
