On the lookout for a wine I hadn't sampled, I stopped at J. Mark's Restaurant & Bar, at 1490 NE 23rd St. (Copans Road) in Pompano Beach. It has a renowned, out-of-the-ordinary wine list, and I knew that bartender and wine connoisseur Ashley Kester would point my palate in the right direction.
