Ok, now when I say COLD FEET....I literally mean COLD FEET!!!

I don't know if this happens to anyone else, im sure it does.....but when I lay in bed at night the soles of my feet are FREEZING!!!!

Even if the house is carpeted all over, they are still cold.....even if I was to wear socks. I mean they may be a bit warmer cause of the socks, but I swear if you were sleeping and I was to even touch you with a toe.....you would wake up from the deepest sleep.

So im wondering if anyone has any idea as to why this might be, I mean is there is less blood flow ot that area or what??

Yes there is less blood flow in your legs while you are sleeping. That combined with muscle atrophy (spell?) that you suffer while you sleep makes it hard for you to walk right when you get up and out of bed.

Wear socks...... :P...Yuckkk don't do that. I've been known to kick women out of bed who wore their socks to sleep.....LOL
