Default Ron Artest to the Lakers?

..With all the trade rumors going around it looks like it might happen.

Especially since he was sitting in the stands tonight in the Staples Center during a Laker and Cavaliers game....

I want to see this happen. I hate the Lakers and I want to see that team self destruct from the inside out...

Kobe doesn't need help. All he needs is himself. I do think though that the Zen Master (Phil Jackson) can handle Ron Artest.

They are not even one of the favorites to get him and the Lakers have not had trade talks with Indiana thus far. So much Laker hate...

It's tough being a Seattle fan, isn't it Terry?

[/quote]Yes it's very tough and my paitence is wearing thin as far as being a Seattle fan. The only pro championship they've had since the Sonics last won the NBA title in 1978-79 is the WNBA Seattle Storm winning it all last year...WTF??? And I'm no WNBA Fan...Sorry>

MJaybe if they lowered the basket to 8 and a half feet so that the ladies can slam it down then I'd watch it more...

Long time no hear Patrick!!

I know. It's been a very long time. You may not have to wait a lot longer for a championship. I think your Seahawks will be making a trip to Detroit in early February.

As far as the Lakers are concerned, they wont make it to the promise land again in a long time, not as long as Kobe "Ballhogger" Bryant keeps doing what is doign which is not passing the ball to his teamates. There already is friction with Lamar Odom and why didn't Kobe elbow Ruben Patterson when he hit him in the eye in their previous game before the cavaliers coming to town.

Kobe is coward by elbowing someone like Mike Miller...the guy is a bully.

Ohh by the way Terry, the Heat play your Sonics tonight @ Key Arena...Heat by 22.

I agree with several of your points, Luis. As a Lakers fan, it's a story of watching Kobe grow up. In time, he'll learn to be more patient and know when to pass and when to shoot. That'll come with getting more players that are more consistent and him getting older. Right now, no one else is clutch. He's gotta do it all by himself...but that's what he wanted all along.

Pat it must pist you off to see these Lakers go to shambles these past years.

But you know what man..Shaq is so overpaid in Miami, the guys skills are completely deminishing he's slow, he cant shoot for shit, all he does is dunk, and he's an injury waiting to happen.

Well, you gotta stick with your team through the thick and thin. When the Lakers get back to the top, it'll be that much more gratifying.

As far as the Heat, the role players need to pick it up. Shaq is on the decline but guys need to chip in. Gotta press on guys coming up the court, get rebounds and spread the points on offense. Sounds easy but when you have Shaq and do those things, it is.
