I saw this featured in the Wall Street Journal and gave it a try then. It's no more accurate now then it was then. I just sold my old house for $263,000 and this thing comes up with a value of $235,000. Talk about way off!!

the stated that there is a 7% margin of error. my place comes out to just about right.
