In China, the hot Valentine's Day gift is matching nose jobs. The official newspaper China Daily reported that couples are going under the knife together to get their noses and even their eyes done. One young woman said her boyfriend loved the idea of matching noses and readily paid the $1,200 for the surgery. "I suggested it as a way of celebrating our relationship and bringing us closer together with a special kind of bond," Liu Yan, 24, was quoted as saying of the nose jobs she suggested to her 28-year-old boyfriend. "We're very happy with the results," Liu added. Business at Shanghai's ever-growing number of plastic surgery clinics has risen by up to 30 percent since the beginning of the month, fueled both by Valentine's Day and the recently concluded lunar New Year, when young people typically receive job bonuses and cash gifts from older relatives. Some clinics advertise special Valentine's Day packages. ConBio Plastic and Laser Surgery Hospital, a Chinese-U.S. joint venture, is offering a 20 percent discount from Feb. 14-17, said a manager at the clinic, who identified himself only as Mr. Chen. "You can also get some free roses," he said. http://www.nbc6.net/health/7011050/detail.html

| Well, I took the wife out to Ruth's Chris in the Gables last night to avoid tonights limitted menus, bad service, being rushed to eat so that they can seat the next couple, etc..etc... Believe it or not, last night, lots of Gables restarurants were PACKED! I went "BrokeBack" last night!....LOL I "DID" the "Cowboy Ribeye",,20-something ounce w/ the bone(medium rare..yum yum!). FUCKING DELICIOUS! Wife had the Snapper....excellent! Cabernet sauvignon by the glass, $28,,,,,a little steep, but it hit the spot! JUST RIGHT!

| I hear ya'... I've been married 5 yrs., together over 8 yrs...we have a 4 yr. old daughter and a 16 mo. old son. THAT SHIT AIN'T NO JOKE! My hair line receeds by the day! LOL It's tough to go out to eat w/ the kids. Had the mother in laws take care of the kids so the wife and I could go out on "a date". Which is rare these days! LOL Anyway, nice time last night. Weather was cool, FOOD and SERVICE were GREAT!
