Here is a way to perfect hard boil eggs...and without that gray coloring around the yoke inside....put the eggs in cold water and bring the water to a rolling boil....as soon as the water boils take the pot off the heat and set on a cool burner/surface and let the eggs cool (in the water)...when the water has cooled enough to put your hand in it they should be ready to go.

Nice! Food Network rocks!!

But spinning an egg is cool, spin it when its not boiled and you see it spinning slowly cause the stuff on the inside is moving around and then once its boiled spin it and it goes pretty fast, lol, the little things that entertain me

Welcome to my seminar!! ^_^

Here's a cooking tip regarding cooking rice the right way!!

Put any amount of rice in the pot. Put the pot in the sink under the faucet. Place your index finger directly on top of the rice barely touching it. Turn on the faucet and fill the pot with cold water until the water level reaches the first fold of your index finger.

This trick works with any amount of rice and wheather or not you are using a rice cooker or cooking your rice on the stove top.

This trick also only works with white rice and not brown rice. Brown rice absorbs water differently than white rice does.

Good to know, my rice usually comes out too sticky cause my mom uses a special size cup for rice that i got used to.

And thats how i make my hard boiled eggs too. Learned that like 9 years ago.
