Waves...03/28/06!!

---Waves were going off this morning!! We got a solid NE groundswell late Monday. Caught the inlet this morning...super glassy...chest to head-high with some overhead sets. It was lining up soooo freakin' kick-ass!! I got some solid 50-100 yard lefts that peaked on the outside, connected through about three more sections before finally reforming on the very inside. After a couple of those gems, my legs were cramping so bad they were like Jello. All smiles!!! ;D

---Really?? That blows!! That's the problem with north swells in Florida. The Cape basically blocks mostly anything from traveling south. Waves held through this morning(03/29). Inlet was a solid chest to head-high with a very light offshore wind. The faces were a bit slow but some nice barrels coming through with long lines again. Plus, no crowd early.
