Bring it to the adoption agency or something. Don't just leave it in a public place! They are saying that this incident was totally intentional. POSTED: 12:18 pm EDT April 19, 2006 UPDATED: 4:55 pm EDT April 19, 2006 HOLLYWOOD, Fla. -- A 3-week-old baby was found abandoned in a Hollywood Laundromat Wednesday, police said. According to police, a patrol officer spotted an infant carrier on the sidewalk in front of the Laundromat at 1953 Johnson St. After watching to see if anybody came outside for the carrier, she approached it and found the baby inside. Police said the officer went inside the Laundromat and asked the women inside if the baby belonged to any of them. When no one claimed the child, the officer called fire-rescue personnel, who took the infant to Joe DiMaggio's Children's Hospital. Police have not determined if the baby was intentionally left at the Laundromat. A bottle of baby formula, a diaper and a T-shirt were also found in the carrier, police said. Police said the baby appeared to be OK. Anyone with information is asked to call the Hollywood police at (954) 967-4357
