Has anyone ever seen or heard of this DJ before? He freaking stole a copy written picture from one of my photographer friends for his Club Underground 20 CD (2 girl erotic strawberry) cover. He is currently using the picture on his myspace page.

I like this line in his blog titled cd cover girls...

"If your picture is considered for flyers, or anything else i will seek permission from you before using your image. I am all about respect!"

Copyright infringement is serious business. I'd dare to say it wouldn't be an issue to find a lawyer to take it up.

Bruno, if you have this guy’s phone number will you give him a ring and ask him to please change the cover to his CD. My friend was very upset about this. He is a cool guy and doesn't want to bring the legal system into this matter but if things aren’t changed he will definitely not let this slide. This guy is a well established photographer so I don’t see DJ play winning in court.

You're friend has his myspace link, instead of getting a third person involved, he should send him a message. He should make sure to keep print outs of the messages if they go back and forth. That way if it does end up in court he has proof that he tried to do it the easy way.
