Czech Republic for now. It's still considered an undeveloped nation. So, anything that is considered a necessity for living is heavily discounted. This includes items such as food, clothing, medical supplies/care, rent, utilities, &........................

Add to that a huge music scene, amazing landscapes, & some of the most beautiful women in the world.
