Converting MOV To AVI? How To

Now, why Adobe Premiere won't read a MOV is a mystery to me, but 6.5 won't, so I need to convert it to an AVI. Anything quick and easy would be appreciated.

[/quote]Check up above. If Premiere would just read a MOV file, then I wouldn't have to convert it. So, I couldn't clip it out until *after* I could convert it. Anyway, I figured it out. Thanks!
