| Travolta's B707 is a 707-138B model which means it's one of the oldest versions of the 707. The "B" means it has been fitted with turbo-fan engines. It holds around 122,000 pounds of fuel or 18,200 gallons, and it sucks fuel like you wouldn't believe. The airlines began retiring those dinosaurs in the late 1970's due to high fuel consumption and noise pollution, and the only major U.S. airlines that used them passed the mid-80's were airlines that were so broke they couldn't afford to buy new fuel efficient jets. Now, it's against the law for a U.S. airline to operate those things within the U.S. due to noise regulations. He gets to do it because he's a private citizen. |

| Non Sufficit Orbis | Yeah, pretty much. The 707 makes a racket. He should just buy a Citation and be done with it. Goes just as fast, and if he's such a greenie, it is much more efficient.
