This is disappointing but not too unexpected.
It's what happens when you live in a society in which celebrity is so valued that they get to bend the rules. And what is she famous for? Being a daddy's little rich party girl and being on a homemade sex tape? WTF?
I was hoping that they were going to stick to the ruling of having her stay in jail for the duration of her term; however once the sentence was reduced from 45 days to 20 something days, I could see that they were going to make exceptions for her.
It seemed like they were going to make an example out of her and show other celebs how serious the legal system is, but it turns out it really is a joke. Now all you're going to have is more and more disregard for the laws which govern common folk. >
Can't wait for the news conference where they announce the circumstances of her release.

Can someone post some info about the judge/sheriff who allowed this BS to happen? Specifically an email or mailing address. I feel like writing this joker, won't change anything, but i'd like to let them know what a mockery they have made of our judicial system.
