Policing gangs creates more gang members

I saw this story and thought to myself, "wow, what an amazing parallel".....

Basically, the U.S. is cracking down on gang members nationwide, and because of this, the gangs are becoming angry and recruiting more members! You see, this is what happens when you go and stir things up. Just leave them alone, and they'll leave us alone.

My solution: We must set a timetable to withdraw our police from the inner cities...the gangs obviously don't want us there and are using this to recruit more gang members.

i watched a great show last nite on national geographic hd, which is the best channel ever btw.

anyhow it was about the Aryan nation gang and how they run shit from behind bars and are a multi-million dollar entity. it was nuts, but very true, with all the facts they brought.

the way i see it there are always gonna be gangs, its like cops and robbers, cowboys and Indians, et all. there will always be a group of people who will prosper off of exploitation, extortion etc. we can keep going after them, but they will resurface, similar to the war on drugs that the conservatives started (Reagen), one of the worst programs ever created. flushing money down the toilet for nothing, similar to what is happening now...
