So after 3 missed days, I called and had it held at their facility where I can pick it up. So I drive 30 mins each way to get my package and it's not there. They delivered it to my complex office without telling me. Now, they can't do this, because it requires MY signature! So I call them up, and get these ass clowns on the phone and asked why they broke their own policy and never told me they delivered it. They said sorry, well that's not good enough. So I told them if they don't go pick it up and bring it back to their facility then I'm putting in for a claim since I didn't sign for it. So they called the driver, who will at the end of his shift will drive all the way here, get the package and bring it back to the UPS place at which time they will call me so I can pick it up. The only problem is, at the office, they won't find the package but a note from me that says: "Ha ha, wasted your time, like you did to me" So I got my package and got them back.. This is why I only use Fedex. DHL and UPS are like the DMV. |

| MegaJunkie | they had both your home and office addresses and went to both? i've never heard of that before. i have been to both the UPS and FEDEX warehouses in my area to pick packages up, and i agree UPS was like the DMV. completely under-staffed, slow as hell and they didn't give a shit. service was a 4 letter word.

| thats pretty gay of you i must say... i am assuming that the driver was told to do so or it was cleared to do so.... so you essentially waste his time after his long day so you can make a point???? the point being made, if any, would only translate to the driver....and not the people you really would want to fuck over... the last thing i want to do is mess with my delivery guy....they work their asses off....i respect them.... so assuming that he was not to blame, i think this is a pretty bitch move.... |

| MegaJunkie | The delivery guy has the same route every day, he broke the rules not me, thus he has to pay the price. If it requires a sig, then it must have a sig.. They never notified me they brought it to the office which they could have done on day 1, but nope on day 4 they decided to. fuck em. I love Fedex. |
