yah that's my boy! good find, he sad there was some sort of sun sen article coming out when i saw him last week.

And his take on caprese is ridiculous, funny he actually alludes to it in the article. We made it at the party we did on July 4th, and everyone loved it. all i can say is strawberries! sounds weird but he does some amazing things with any ingredient.

Its really cool cause like the article said, he was all about doing his thing in the OC, but when he came back here and got this opportunity he couldn't be happier, his family and friends are here, and although i only get to see him every so often since he really works like 70 hr weeks, he likes being home.

We are all so excited about the opening, and although the opening keeps getting delayed, when its done it will be perfect, as he is the epitome of perfection when it comes to food/wine.

great read... the degustation for $1000 must be siiick... ours on our luxury ship is $400... i had it and it was amazing... the wines were awesome....

might have to check it out for a special occassion... i'm sure its pricey but if tastes amazing, then its worth it to me

Played golf with Stephen on Saturday. The date has been pushed back till late fall, looking like thanksgiving weekend or perhaps the first in December.

Just an update, As more concrete dates come I will update. the wait will be well worth it! 8)
