Genetics notwithstanding....it's easy to bulk up when you can afford to eat perfectly and hire a "trainer to the stars" that charges god knows how much per session.

I know, I train regularly. I went 3 mo. w/ a trainer b/4 I went solo.

I lost 30lbs. of fat and gained back 30 lbs. of muscle...That was almost 2 yrs. ago. I'm still at it. 4x week. Mo- Thursday 2-2.5 hrs per session.

6'4" 255 lbs. FEELS GOOD!

Not for nothing but i've seen plenty of black/african american/whatever is pc these days guys that are just seemingly genetically predisposed to bulking and cutting up nicely without the use of steroids.

How you have time to post so much? You got a pedal-powered computer?

I don't know...Dre looks HUGE in that picture. He doesn't even look like he's been taking steroids. He looks like he's on HGH.

Timbaland has gotten big, but it looks natural and I heard a while back that he's been on a big workout kick. Dre though...not so sure. I mean, anything's possible...but if that's natural, he's definitely got exceptional genes.

Genes, and time. Timbaland could slack on doing his business and devote more time to himself, with little problem. He's got enough in the bank. So does Dre.

I know some people of less-than-ideal means who accomplish the same, but they pretty much work and work out, that's it. They don't get to enjoy the fruits of their labors.
