# 3 in particular reminds me of all of the recent talk about Blackwater, who, btw, has now opened training compound in Fremont, Il along the Mississippi river and, has signed a $1Billion dollar contract with the government to be sdispatched in the event of "natural disaster or domestic disturbance" a the President's discretion WITHOUT prior notification or approval of the Congress...do you hear the helicopters hovering above you?
