C you never replied to me..so hopefully you got the info you needed...BTW my specific job function where I work is administering medical/dental/vision/401k/life/std/ltd benefits for a client base of almost 200 companies nation wide from anywhere from 2 employees per company up to hundreds. I have to deal with CEOs and CFOs everyday and explain these benefits and how they work to them so they can have a better understanding for their employees....so I have to know the whole spectrum of each insurance field.
