Moving Tomorrow.....

A BIG YUCK!!!!!!!!

We have been going crazy packing and shit, and trying to find boxes. We first tried to go and buy them, but dammit those places are a ripoff, so I decided to go out on a scavenger hunt. It has been so long since I had moved last that a few things have changed since then... i.e. supermarkets no longer leave boxes in the back alleys :P, they now have this little contraption that compresses them into tiny bits of what they used to be. So I have been able to find a few here and there, but it took me a while to find some, well tomorrow is the big day and i'm looking forward to it but at the same time i'm not!!!

So if anyone knows where I could find some last minute boxes, it would be great....technology sometimes works against us !!!!

Good luck with finding more boxes..if I was you..I would ride around Downtown Miami and snatch a couple of boxes from those BUMS who make condo's out of them.

By the way where are you moving to mama?

ha ha ha ha funny you should mention the bums boxes. I was going to school last saturday morning and I saw a non-profit group that was telling the bums that they can no longer be there as they were dismanteling the "bum condos" and puttung them in a pick up truck to trash them. Good luck finding boxes for free. you may need to just go out and buy them.

a larger liquor store is a good place to try. they get nice booze boxes with lids and handles. ive had luck with them before.

Publix or any grocery store has boxes....but i guess i should ask where you're moving to cos if you're moving across county or state, i'd go buy those large boxes at a storage place, they're the best. i did that when i moved to New York and they were excellent.

Come to think about it I have boxes stored from the last time I moved but then you'd have to return them I plan to move sometime early next year ;D
