ugh spyware has messed me up bad

ok my pc is screwed up have a ton of stuff running in background now that wasnt yesterday ughhhhhh

ran adaware and spybot each time i run it and says its clean i run again and it finds more

Bling, start up in safe mode and run the stuff. It'll give you a better idea of what you're getting rid of. Depending on what version of Windows you're running, typing msconfig in run and unchecking all the boxes under startup may help also.

Mr.Saleen - while the MS spyware program is pretty good (and runs off the Giant engine) it's not nearly as good as the other two yet and doesn't really do too much to help out a computer that is already F'd. It'll be money for safeguarding against further infection.

Or...just use a Mac

i ran adaware it was a program that was multiplying the spyware in my pc

i had to go to my windows/system folder and remove it manually its fixed now

Yes good advice..Firefox rules. I haven't had many spyware problems since I've been using it. I also backed up and reformatted my computer so I'm sure that helped also. Doesn't matter though. My school that I'm attending is going to be supplying me with a Mac next month so I can't wait for that....Goodbye PC.....
