For those that missed the sneak preview at this year’s Miami Winter Music Conference, the April/May issue of Rinse Magazine is out now full of the latest news and info you want to know from the world of North American dnb and breakbeats.

Since this is the annual WMC issue, we bring you a look at the producers behind the music in our exclusive "North American Drum and Bass Report." On the cover for RNS017 is Australia’s Pendulum (AUS) promoting the trio’s debut album on Breakbeat Kaos Recordings. Rounding out the rest of the dnb lineup are interviews with Chris Inperspective (UK) and Infiltrata (US) along with special guest reviews from Gein (US). In the breaks arena, we have an exclusive interview with Simply Jeff (US) and a special guest review from DJ Mutiny (US).

In our new feature "On the Mic," Rinse gives a journalistic voice to the men and women behind the microphone hyping up the crowds. The MC featured for this issue is Toronto’s Natural (CA). For all the gear heads, we have an expanded technology section with reviews of Apple’s Mac Mini, Sony’s PSP and the Voltaic Solar Power Backpack; a hardware review of the Numark AVM01 (Audio/Video Mixer); and a software review Apple’s Logic Pro 7.0.
