NO! Largely due to unix user permissions. You need a admin password to install anything on a Mac... and with tiger it alerts you when a program is running for the first time. Plus no one writes these programs for Macs.

i noticed today, yahoo mail is sometimes making me to fill in 4 digits to send mail.. I guess for spam reason... I wonder if it will help....
