Man shows up at border crossing at Calais, Maine, carrying a homemade sword, a hatchet, a knife, brass knuckles and a chain saw stained with what appeared to be blood... and was ALLOWED INTO THE COUNTRY. He had just decapitated one person and stabbed another person to death in Canada. His clothes was also stained with blood.
