| No rent. Just sales. They did make some valid points in the article, its meant to keep away the speculators, "tire kickers"....basically those that have no intention of buying anything.

| CoolJunkie | It sounds crazy but if you are serious about purchasing a unit I guess its a good idea. You can get a full refund back if you dont like it so the only issue would be is someone having that cash up front, which to buy a condo they would most likely need anyway.

| Sounds like what they do at auctions. In real estate, you often times need a $10,000 cashier's check just to get admitted into the auction.
