life aquatic was one of the worst movies that i've ever seen, imo murray has been a downward spiral after Lost in Translation.. :-\

although in Coffee and Cigarettes he was pretty dam funny, but that role doesn't count, he played himself.

I agree with you about Life Aquatic it was a terrible movie but in this flick Bill Murray is getting praises for his role and they are comparing it to his role in Lost in Translation.

You should give it a second chance..it has some all-star cameos from some famous actresses

i saw it finally.


it is a film that basically is the story of a womanizer (Murray), searching for a 20 yr old son he never met. it is very funny in some aspects, in other ways, i thought the story could have been more imaginative and less saturated with unknowns that never get resolved.

now that i've seen it, i give it a B-

I'd also give the movie a B-. I did not like how the movie ended... if it had a better conclusion it would have been an A movie.

definitely lacked something in the end.

nothing like the Lost in Translation ending. that was awesome.
