Yep Iraq...The Gov of LA said that several hundred troops will be in the gulf region within the hour from Iraq. She warned looters that these soilders are not afraid to shot or kill anyone..!!!

It was the first several hundred of the several thousand that are there. The first wave was came in to lay down secruity for the relief convoys and efforts
