1) They dont pay promoters. - I worked there for almost 2 months with no pay!

2) They advertise the event as OPEN BAR Before 12AM or 1AM and its hardly ever OPEN BAR.

3) Ariel Beato is supposed to be at the door checking the people that arrive from your guest list and he can never make it on time, usually makes it after the list closes.

4) Sometimes the door man says they dont have a Guest List for a promoter. Sometimes the door man says there is no such Guest List for Jason Baez.

5) Space management changes their mind to frequently, sometimes 1 hour before opening time.

6) Ariel Beato is a horrible boss. He does not look out for his employess. Actually, after he promises you hes gonna get the money he never comes thru. He doesnt pick up your calls either, ask any other promoter that worked under Ariel.

In conclusion, Space makes enough money! Why cant you pay a miserable $3 per person a promoter brings in?

The thing that pisses me off the most is that the Guy thats supposed to be your friend, the one that looks out for you, is the one that ends up fucking you over!! I dont care about the money, its more about a friend I lost...

This is not the first time I heard about this in Space.

Hope everything turns out better for you in the future man but when money is involved, greed can break up friendships.

I hope u learned your lesson.....clinch ur butcheecks or get rammed! Welcome to the Miami nite life industry. Hey you can sue at small claims court for up to $5000... stop whining and do something about it. To file is only $50 bucks...shit I have been suing everyone from Fpl to my crazy uncle and guess what? They will think twice about fucking with u next time. So sue or STFU!!!

I have advised a couple of promoters in the past to go this route, regarding a different club, but no one seems to follow through.
