A3TV - THE NIGHTLIFE NETWORK AVAILABLE ON DISH NETWORK, DIRECT TV LAUNCHES FEB 15TH JANUARY 26th, 2006 - A3TV - THE NIGHTLIFE NETWORK – America’s only programming concept that features the cutting edge lifestyle of trend setting, socially active young adults has now launched on DISH NETWORK Channel 8 every night from 11pm to Midnight with DIRECT TV to start on FEB 15th. Conceived by South Beach nightlife personalities Buster and David Mardini with a meager initial investment of $500 in September of 2002, A3TV - THE NIGHTLIFE NETWORK launched to an original broadcast coverage of only 100,000 households on Miami Beach from 11pm to 6am nightly. The cutting edge music driven content featuring photo shoots, fashion shows, clubs, restaurants, real estate and much more got such response that the pair quickly found time and launched the broadcast on what is now WGEN, a full power channel on Comcast channel 8 every night after 11pm now covering the entire Dade/Broward market. “It’s a lifestyle most of us don’t get to experience. Exclusive parties, high end properties, yachts, fashion and so much more.” Said Andy Ruffell, CEO of A3TV and creator of globally broadcast DANCESTAR USA: THE AMERICAN DANCE MUSIC AWARDS who joined the team in 2003. “It’s a local broadcast focused on local lifestyle, news and entertainment features that makes South Florida such a popular destination.” A3’s programming now includes “MTV Cribs” style real estate broadcast DOMISTYLE, retail based fashion series FASHIONISTA and outrageous local lifestyle series WILDLIFE among exclusive music videos never before seen in the US by internationally renowned artists. A3TV - THE NIGHTLIFE NETWORK currently airs every night to over 2.8 million households from KEY WEST to WEST PALM on COMCAST and DISH NETWORK CH. 8 (11PM-MIDNIGHT) as well as on Miami Beach’s ATLANTIC BROADBAND Ch.’s 5 & 98. (11PM – 6AM). |

| Non Sufficit Orbis | My apt came with DTV (box rental and service included with the rent...) so it'll be interesting to watch it again. Buster's been including my photos in the station IDs these days (self-promotion)...

| I have seen A3 twice and on both occasions I was very disappointed, I think they need to bump up their production quality and creativity a notch or two. The same formula that works for House music may not work for a House music video, I remember this one particular video, I don’t recall the name, where the entire video consisted of one chick dancing and you could tell it was a video sample being looped repeatedly. Another example was the promo for club space, if I was half ways around the world and saw this promo, it would not inspire me to want to come to Miami and experience the club with the best sound system in the US. I am not one to criticize someone for making an effort but I always boast that Miami has the Best Clubs, DJs, Music and hottest Women and with the exception of the latter, I don’t think that A3 does it justice.
