| Finally someone has the right idea. Instead of opening a club next door to SPACE that will directly compete with SPACE(aka noc, metroplis), open a place that caters to a completely different crowd (such as pawn shop). This will be a great addition to the area. I know pawnshop is playing house but its not a "superclub" like space, nocturnal, metropolis... |

| Their talent buyer is a big time Dance Music/alt rock agent. He used to be with Evolution Talent, now with AM only. I have booked Crystal Method and BT from him. Should be interesting |
