Isn't it funny, the guys who own places like Cafe Iguana and Murphys law, not only make way more money, but they can stay in business for ten years or longer.. They have no promoters, no big djs or bands, just cheap beer and hot middle age sluts..

I'll end this with this fact, the condos on 11st go live in Summer 07, I know the broad running the sales dept, after they go live bye bye Space patio.... Not sure how long it will take to put the patio on ice, but the 1st condo that is moved into will start the clock. Space will put up a great fight, but they will loose in the end, just a question of when not if.

A similiar situation happened in Atlanta. Once people start moving into an area that has 24hr clubs, clubs get shut down. End of story...

And no, it doesnt matter that the club was there first. The only thing that matters is the neighbors dont want strung out clubbers and loud music interfering with their Sunday mornings.
