Top 5 reasons you know your a deephouse/funkyhouse head 5. Every party you go to either Joe Budious, Dennis Baker or David Solero is in da house 4. The ultimate venue would be a warehouse with basically no lights and just a discoball.. its all about the music (sound is important but really just give me a bad ass dj on the decks...the rest is just icing on the cake... lights, bad ass sound to me) 3. The only places on the map that matter in the U.S. to you are San Fransico, Chicago, L.A. and to a lesser extent New York 2. Travel by schoolbus to go to parties is normal 1. You have never heard the track "This is Miami" in a club before

| I would think the fact that you know what a deep house head is would qualify you for that. : ![]()

| NYC to a lesser extent? C'mon Danny. Gimme a break. We have PS1: Body and Soul, Cielo, Shelter (which is right up your alley but i bet you'd feel out of place), and numerous other places that are underground. No matter what you can never ever discount sound. Deep house or anything for that matter just sounds better on a quality system. Cielo is proof positive.

| Oh yeah and how many of those all important places on the map have you actually been to? Plus, whats the point of a disco ball if there are no lights to reflect off it? Sorry to debunk your deep house myths but you gotta think it through. Get out a bit more.

| You like Deep House if your name is Bling or in anyway affiliated with Bling, Lust for Deep House, Aquabooty. If you like Music that bores you to death, that almost puts you to sleep then you'r a Deep House Head...lol

| CoolJunkie | ^ i love deep house and somehow i manage to stay awake through it... [quote author=Bling link=board=2;threadid=32960;start=0#msg379142 date=1160753832] 4. Tony Snow's office. |
