Boca Developers Inc win the award.

I'm all for them doing something to the River Walk but this line is pure ass clown:More than a dozen condo towers have been built in recent years, mostly priced far above what typical workers make in Broward County. Upscale downtown residents, and those in the surrounding area, could be plunking thousands into downtown's evening economy but instead head to Las Vegas for the weekend, or the Bahamas, New York, or even Miami, Street said.

Street said his version of Las Olas Riverfront would fill the niche for big-city offerings with offbeat and foreign films and live theater, a gourmet market, and chic restaurants and lounges for people in their mid-30s to upper 50s.

So let me get this straight, these people to to Vegas, LA, the Bahamas and even Miami for "gourmet markets, foreign films and live theater?? And they are only planning on having these people here for the weekend so this plan only works for the weekend? How is that going to fix the problem?

IT'S FORT LIQUORDALE PEOPLE! Foreign films? gourmet markets? When will these ass clowns learn? The new plans just seem to create more traffic with no real fix for the area, I say they don't build this and they change up the River Front. We have more than enough condos with an transit system tanking.
