just wondering. for those of us having to deal with all this traffic bs just wondering how much money SO FL will make.

maybe with that damn money they can speed up construction on many of the major roadways i traverse .. 3-4 yrs to fix one half block doesnt cut it :

Maybe I am wrong, but I was under the impression that most cubans live in coral gables and little havanna. I thought Hialeah was more latinos from other countries.
