|  Re:Miami cops allegedly beat up photog on Biscayne. I must say that this does not suprise me. When I has 16 I had a similar incident. My friend threw a Wendys cup out of the car near two guys.. Long story short, they were two undercover cops. They got in their car, followed us, drew their guns at me, i paniced and drove away(in reverse) They surrounded me with like 8 other cop cars, threw me on the floor, hit me over the back of the head repeatedly, broke my friends arm, and then charged me with aggrevated assult with a motor vehicle.... all that over a paper cup that did not even hit them. If anything it should have been a litering fine..... Plus, They completely lied on the police report and said that since i swerved to hit them and was unsuccessful, then my friend threw the cup... did make any sence at all.... still gets me mad 8 yrs later... |

Road rage doesn't pay... ;D ask the black chick who threw her McDonald's cup of ice into someone's car spent 48 days in jail and finally got her sentenced reduced to probation. Still convicted of a felony though. That chick must have had one shitty court appointed lawyer. Another thing, this guy is a complete amateur. He probably deserved it. |

| Re:Miami cops allegedly beat up photog on Biscayne. truth be, even if the guy had a 'legal' right to take photographs, he should have just stepped off when the police asked too. the guy is a jackass and should have saw this coming. dont get me wrong i dont condone what the cops did to him, but the guy should have just said alright and moved the fuck on. that would be like being in small hallway with mike tyson and not trying to move out the way or at least moving to the side, ur ass would get tossed.
