Dream Team Entertainment is promoting the opening of the Fridays at this $20 Million club.

Have any of you heard of this place? the place looks beatifull, check their website chakrasouthbeach com

The night will be a Latin Open Format Party with Live music in the main room and House Music in another room.

Well, there's only been 1 other owner thus far, so there's no evidence yet of a curse.

Whatever they do, it's a tough space to fill as a nightclub type of environment. Other than concerts, nothing worked when it was BBL.

Well, apparently there's a Pan Asian restaurant on the premises, as well.

I agree with u, it's a very tough spot to promote a weekly party. That's why Dream Team is trying something different. They will use the stage to their advantage by bringing different live cover bands on a weekly basis. The idea is to combine DJ's with Live music. Only one floor will be open to keep the room crowded. The place will only open the 3 floors on special events.

Cover bands? Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this something that Barbarino, himself, once recommended some time ago?
