A bigger and hopefully even better Bang! Music Festival powers its way onto the grounds of Miami's Bayfront Park Amphitheater on Nov. 10-11 with headliners the Smashing Pumpkins and Kanye West.

This year's fest differs from the 2006 version, then headlined by Duran Duran and Gnarls Barkley, by expanding to two days. Also, instead of offering three outdoor stages and two tents with entertainment, all 30 rock, pop and rap acts this year -- which also include The Bravery, Kevens and Riverboat Gamblers -- will perform on one main stage, the better to catch it all.

No EDM????? Well, you can count me and the other 17 people that I went with last year out for 2007. What a mistake for a music festival in Miami.

Not realy appealing we have very depressing music from smashing pumpkins along with very annoying music from kanye west.

I'll wait 'till I see the full lineup before I pass judgment. If I'm not mistaken, the people who run Bang also run a DJ management agency.

Don't get me wrong. I enjoy all types of music. However I am hoping that Bang does have at least one EDM tent/stage or acts at least.

It is 2 days, 30 acts, all on one stage (amphitheater). Even if there are EDM acts, I am not willing to sit through the other shitty acts to see a couple artists that interest me. Looking at the line-up from 2005, it really saddens me that they have changed their identity 100%.
